A Real Estate Institue, using iMIS as their Association Management System, wished to integrate their property listing service to iMIS.  IServices worked with the association and the developers of the property listing system to achieve this integration.

Now when an agent signs on to the institute website, they are automatically also signed onto the property listing system, so the agent can upload or edit their property listings without having to logon separately to the listing service.

The property listing services also uses the IServices integration to draw agent and agency details, real time from iMIS.  This means that if an agent updates their mobile phone number through the online  iMIS profile management, then their new number will be displayed immediately on all of their listings.

Additionally the home page of the iMIS WCM based website features selected properties, suburb profiles etc, drawn real time from the listing service.
