At the start of 2010 our Association was struggling to get to grips with everything that iMIS offered and we were finding it particularly difficult to manage the accounting function and GST. We were also madly trying to integrate our unique requirements into a website and a long distance relationship with America was just not working for us.

We met Liz and the IServices team by chance through one of their clients in Adelaide, and I suppose you could say the rest is history. We found firstly that working with an Australian based project manager was a massive win. Secondly, working with someone who thoroughly understands the iMIS software and all the issues relating to Australian Accounting and Auditing has been a big win.

We have engaged IServices to develop our final website and we are close...very close to the roll out of this new service for our members. In January this year we placed a huge demand on the IServices team when we asked them to roll out an online member renewal ability and online events registration. We have been extremely happy with the result, and by March we were online accepting member renewals. We have now had over 80% of our members renew and the online payments have been a great success for us. It was fantastic to have the IServices team work so quickly to find a solution for us.

We must add that this is the first time that we have had such detailed discussions and such clear feedback on how the project is running. For the first time in the two years plus of rolling out this project, we can see light at the end of the tunnel. No doubt we will have a long term relationship with IServices as our website continues to evolve, but we have the peace of mind knowing that the IServices team know their stuff.
